SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF180 (zinc finger protein 180, also called HHZ168) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF180 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 180
Also known as: HHZ168
About this gene: Zinc finger proteins have been shown to interact with nucleic acids and to have diverse functions. The zinc finger domain is a conserved amino acid sequence motif containing 2 specifically positioned cysteines and 2 histidines that are involved in coordinating zinc. Kruppel-related proteins form 1 family of zinc finger proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7733; HGNC ID: HGNC:12970; UniProt: Q9UJW8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001278509.3; Chromosome location: 19q13.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
