SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF160 (zinc finger protein 160, also called HKr18) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF160 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 160
Also known as: F11, HKr18, HZF5, KR18
About this gene: The ZNF160 protein is a Kruppel-related zinc finger protein which is characterized by the presence of an N-terminal repressor domain, the Kruppel-associated box. The KRAB domain is a potent repressor of transcription; thus this protein may function in transcription regulation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 90338; HGNC ID: HGNC:12948; UniProt: Q9HCG1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001322131.2; Chromosome location: 19q13.41-q13.42
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
