SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF140 (zinc finger protein 140) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF140 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 140
Also known as: pHZ-39
About this gene: ZNF140 enables DNA-binding transcription repressor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and sequence-specific double-stranded DNA binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7699; HGNC ID: HGNC:12925; UniProt: P52738; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003440.4; Chromosome location: 12q24.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
