SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF14 (zinc finger protein 14) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF14 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 14
Also known as: GIOT-4, KOX6
About this gene: The ZNF14 protein contains a zinc finger and a Kruppel-associated box domain. KRAB domain is known to be involved in the transcriptional repression of a number of zinc finger proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7561; HGNC ID: HGNC:12924; UniProt: P17017; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021030.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
