SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF136 (zinc finger protein 136) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF136 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 136
Also known as: pHZ-20
About this gene: ZNF136 encodes a zinc finger protein containing a Kruppel-associated box A-box domain at its N-terminus, followed by fourteen contiguous C2H2 zinc finger domains and a degenerate zinc finger. The KRAB A-box showed weak transcriptional repressor activity in a reporter gene assay.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7695; HGNC ID: HGNC:12920; UniProt: P52737; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003437.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
