SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZNF10 (zinc finger protein 10) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZNF10 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein 10
Also known as: KOX1
About this gene: The ZNF10 protein contains a C2H2 zinc finger, and is reported to function as a transcriptional repressor. The Kruppel-associated box domain of this protein is found to be responsible for its transcriptional repression activity. RING finger containing protein TIF1 was reported to interact with the KRAB domain, and may serve as a mediator for the repression activity of this protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7556; HGNC ID: HGNC:12879; UniProt: P21506; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015394.5; Chromosome location: 12q24.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
