Human ZMYND10 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger MYND-type containing 10
Also known as: BLU, CILD22, DNAAF7, FLU
About this gene: ZMYND10 encodes a protein containing a MYND-type zinc finger domain that likely functions in assembly of the dynein motor. Mutations in ZMYND10 can cause primary ciliary dyskinesia. ZMYND10 is also considered a tumor suppressor gene and is often mutated, deleted, or hypermethylated and silenced in cancer cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51364; HGNC ID: HGNC:19412; UniProt: O75800; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015896.4; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
