Members of this family are important during development, and have been linked to X-linked visceral heterotaxy and holoprosencephaly type 5. ZIC4 is closely linked to the gene encoding zinc finger protein of the cerebellum 1, a related family member on chromosome 3.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
