SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZFY (zinc finger protein Y-linked) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZFY qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger protein Y-linked
Also known as: ZNF911
About this gene: ZFY encodes a zinc finger-containing protein that may function as a transcription factor. ZFY was once a candidate gene for the testis-determining factor and was erroneously referred to as TDF.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7544; HGNC ID: HGNC:12870; UniProt: P08048; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003411.4; Chromosome location: Yp11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
