About this gene: ZFX on the X chromosome is structurally similar to a related gene on the Y chromosome. The ZFX gene product belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. The full-length protein contains an acidic transcriptional activation domain, a nuclear localization sequence and a DNA binding domain consisting of 13 C2H2-type zinc fingers.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
