SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZFR (zinc finger RNA binding protein, also called hZFR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZFR qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger RNA binding protein
Also known as: SPG71, ZFR1
About this gene: ZFR encodes a RNA-binding protein characterized by its DZF domain. The ZFR protein may play a role in the nucleocytoplasmic shuttling of another RNA-binding protein, Staufen homolog 2, in neurons. Expression of ZFR is regulated through alternative polyadenylation that mediates differential microRNA targeting.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51663; HGNC ID: HGNC:17277; UniProt: Q96KR1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016107.5; Chromosome location: 5p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
