Human ZBTB7B qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger and BTB domain containing 7B

Also known as: CKROX, THPOK, ZBTB15, ZFP-67, ZFP67, ZNF857B, c-KROX, hcKROX, vGAF

About this gene: ZBTB7B encodes a zinc finger-containing transcription factor that acts as a key regulator of lineage commitment of immature T-cell precursors. The ZBTB7B gene product is necessary and sufficient for commitment of CD4 lineage, while its absence causes CD8 commitment. The ZBTB7B gene product also acts as a transcriptional repressor of type I collagen genes.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51043; HGNC ID: HGNC:18668; UniProt: O15156; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001256455.2; Chromosome location: 1q21.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
