SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZFP37 (ZFP37 zinc finger protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZFP37 qPCR Primer Set – ZFP37 zinc finger protein
Also known as: ZNF906, zfp-37
About this gene: ZFP37 encodes a transcription factor that belongs to a large family of zinc finger proteins. A similar protein in mouse is believed to play a role in regulating the structures of the nucleolus and centromere in neurons.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7539; HGNC ID: HGNC:12863; UniProt: Q9Y6Q3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003408.3; Chromosome location: 9q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
