SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZFP36 (ZFP36 zinc finger CCCH-type, also called Tristetraprolin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZFP36 qPCR Primer Set – ZFP36 zinc finger CCCH-type
Also known as: G0S24, GOS24, NUP475, RNF162A, TIS11, TTP, zfp-36
About this gene: ZFP36 enables multiple functions, including 14-3-3 protein binding activity; mRNA 3'-UTR AU-rich region binding activity; and protein-RNA sequence-specific adaptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to cytokine stimulus; cellular response to epidermal growth factor stimulus; and regulation of gene expression. It acts upstream of or within mRNA catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7538; HGNC ID: HGNC:12862; UniProt: P26651; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003407.5; Chromosome location: 19q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
