SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATG2B (autophagy related 2B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ATG2B qPCR Primer Set – autophagy related 2B
Also known as: BLTP4B, C14orf103
About this gene: ATG2B encodes a protein required for autophagy. The ATG2B protein is involved in autophagosome formation. A germline duplication of a region that includes ATG2B is linked to predisposition to myeloid malignancies.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55102; HGNC ID: HGNC:20187; UniProt: Q96BY7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018036.7; Chromosome location: 14q32.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
