SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZBTB14 (zinc finger and BTB domain containing 14, also called ZF5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZBTB14 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger and BTB domain containing 14
Also known as: ZF5, ZFP-161, ZFP-5, ZFP161, ZNF478
About this gene: ZBTB14 enables DNA-binding transcription factor activity and transcription cis-regulatory region binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7541; HGNC ID: HGNC:12860; UniProt: O43829; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001243702.2; Chromosome location: 18p11.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
