SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DMKN (dermokine) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DMKN qPCR Primer Set – dermokine
Also known as: UNQ729, ZD52F10
About this gene: DMKN is upregulated in inflammatory diseases, and it was first observed as expressed in the differentiated layers of skin. The most interesting aspect of DMKN is the differential use of promoters and terminators to generate isoforms with unique cellular distributions and domain components.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 93099; HGNC ID: HGNC:25063; UniProt: Q6E0U4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033317.5; Chromosome location: 19q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
