About this gene: In human, the four current members of the microrchidia gene family share an N-terminal ATPase-like ATP-binding region and a CW four-cysteine zinc-finger motif. The MORC4 protein also has a nuclear matrix binding domain and a two-stranded coiled-coil motif near its C-terminus. MORC4 is widely expressed at low levels in normal tissues and has elevated expression in placenta and testis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
