SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TUT7 (terminal uridylyl transferase 7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TUT7 qPCR Primer Set – terminal uridylyl transferase 7
Also known as: PAPD6, TENT3B, ZCCHC6
About this gene: TUT7 enables RNA uridylyltransferase activity and miRNA binding activity. It is involved in RNA metabolic process and transposable element silencing by mRNA destabilization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79670; HGNC ID: HGNC:25817; UniProt: Q5VYS8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024617.4; Chromosome location: 9q21.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
