SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ACP6 (acid phosphatase 6, lysophosphatidic, also called PACPL1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ACP6 qPCR Primer Set – acid phosphatase 6, lysophosphatidic
Also known as: ACPL1, LPAP, PACPL1
About this gene: ACP6 belongs to the histidine acid phosphatase protein family. The ACP6 protein hydrolyzes lysophosphatidic acid, which is involved in G protein-coupled receptor signaling, lipid raft modulation, and in balancing lipid composition within the cell.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51205; HGNC ID: HGNC:29609; UniProt: Q9NPH0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016361.5; Chromosome location: 1q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
