About this gene: ZBED3 belongs to a class of genes that arose through hAT DNA transposition and that encode regulatory proteins. ZBED3 is upregulated in lung cancer tissues, where the ZBED3 protein causes an accumulation of beta-catenin and enhanced lung cancer cell invasion. In addition, the ZBED3 protein can be secreted and be involved in resistance to insulin.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
