SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ACOT2 (acyl-CoA thioesterase 2, also called CTE-Ia) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ACOT2 qPCR Primer Set – acyl-CoA thioesterase 2
Also known as: CTE-IA, CTE1A, MTE1, PTE2, PTE2A, ZAP128
About this gene: ACOT2 belongs to the acyl-CoA thioesterase protein family, and is one of four acyl-CoA hydrolase genes located in a cluster on chromosome 14.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10965; HGNC ID: HGNC:18431; UniProt: P49753; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006821.6; Chromosome location: 14q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
