Human MAP3K20 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 20

Also known as: AZK, CNM6, MLK7, MLT, MLTK, MLTKalpha, MLTKbeta, MRK, SFMMP, ZAK, mlklak, pk

About this gene: MAP3K20 belongs to the MAPKKK family of signal transduction molecules and encodes a protein with an N-terminal kinase catalytic domain, followed by a leucine zipper motif and a sterile-alpha motif. The protein mediates gamma radiation signaling leading to cell cycle arrest and activity of this protein is involved in cell cycle checkpoint regulation in cells. The protein also has pro-apoptotic activity.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51776; HGNC ID: HGNC:17797; UniProt: Q9NYL2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016653.3; Chromosome location: 2q31.1

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
