SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human YRDC (yrdC N6-threonylcarbamoyltransferase domain containing, also called hIRIP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human YRDC qPCR Primer Set – yrdC N6-threonylcarbamoyltransferase domain containing
Also known as: DRIP3, GAMOS10, IRIP, SUA5
About this gene: YRDC enables L-threonylcarbamoyladenylate synthase activity. It is involved in tRNA threonylcarbamoyladenosine modification. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79693; HGNC ID: HGNC:28905; UniProt: Q86U90; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024640.4; Chromosome location: 1p34.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
