About this gene: YKT6 product is one of the SNARE recognition molecules implicated in vesicular transport between secretory compartments. The YKT6 gene product is a membrane associated, isoprenylated protein that functions at the endoplasmic reticulum-Golgi transport step. The YKT6 protein is highly conserved from yeast to human and can functionally complement the loss of the yeast homolog in the yeast secretory pathway.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
