SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BORA (BORA aurora kinase A activator, also called HsBora) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human BORA qPCR Primer Set – BORA aurora kinase A activator
Also known as: C13orf34
About this gene: BORA is an activator of the protein kinase Aurora A, which is required for centrosome maturation, spindle assembly, and asymmetric protein localization during mitosis.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79866; HGNC ID: HGNC:24724; UniProt: Q6PGQ7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024808.5; Chromosome location: 13q21.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
