SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human XYLB (xylulokinase, also called Xylulokinase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human XYLB qPCR Primer Set – xylulokinase
About this gene: The XYLB protein shares 22% sequence identity with Hemophilus influenzae xylulokinase, and even higher identity to other gene products in C.elegans and yeast, which are thought to belong to a family of enzymes that include fucokinase, gluconokinase. These proteins play important roles in energy metabolism.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9942; HGNC ID: HGNC:12839; UniProt: O75191; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005108.4; Chromosome location: 3p22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
