About this gene: The XRCC4 protein functions together with DNA ligase IV and the DNA-dependent protein kinase in the repair of DNA double-strand breaks. The XRCC4 protein is involved in both non-homologous end joining and the completion of VJ recombination. Mutations in XRCC4 can cause short stature, microcephaly, and endocrine dysfunction.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
