SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human XPO7 (exportin 7, also called Exp7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human XPO7 qPCR Primer Set – exportin 7
Also known as: EXP7, RANBP16
About this gene: The transport of protein and large RNAs through the nuclear pore complexes is an energy-dependent and regulated process. The import of proteins with a nuclear localization signal is accomplished by recognition of one or more clusters of basic amino acids by the importin-alpha/beta complex; see MIM 600685 and MIM 602738. The small GTPase RAN is central to NLS-dependent protein import.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23039; HGNC ID: HGNC:14108; UniProt: Q9UIA9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015024.5; Chromosome location: 8p21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
