About this gene: This cell-cycle-regulated gene encodes a protein that mediates leucine-rich nuclear export signal-dependent protein transport. The protein specifically inhibits the nuclear export of Rev and U snRNAs. The XPO1 gene product is involved in the control of multiple cellular processes by controlling the localization of cyclin B, MPAK, and MAPKAP kinase 2.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
