SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human XPNPEP3 (X-prolyl aminopeptidase 3, also called APP3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human XPNPEP3 qPCR Primer Set – X-prolyl aminopeptidase 3
Also known as: APP3, ICP55, NPHPL1
About this gene: The XPNPEP3 protein belongs to the family of X-pro-aminopeptidases that utilize a metal cofactor, and remove the N-terminal amino acid from peptides with a proline residue in the penultimate position. The XPNPEP3 protein is reported to localize to the mitochondria of renal cells, and have a role in ciliary function. Mutations in XPNPEP3 are linked to nephronophthisis-like nephropathy-1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 63929; HGNC ID: HGNC:28052; UniProt: Q9NQH7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022098.4; Chromosome location: 22q13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
