SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human XPNPEP1 (X-prolyl aminopeptidase 1, also called sAmp) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human XPNPEP1 qPCR Primer Set – X-prolyl aminopeptidase 1
Also known as: APP1, SAMP, XPNPEP, XPNPEPL, XPNPEPL1
About this gene: XPNPEP1 encodes a cytosolic form of a metalloaminopeptidase that catalyzes the cleavage of the N-terminal amino acid adjacent to a proline residue. The gene product may play a role in degradation and maturation of tachykinins, neuropeptides, and peptide hormones.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7511; HGNC ID: HGNC:12822; UniProt: Q9NQW7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020383.4; Chromosome location: 10q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
