SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human EDA2R (ectodysplasin A2 receptor) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human EDA2R qPCR Primer Set – ectodysplasin A2 receptor
Also known as: EDA-A2R, EDAA2R, TNFRSF27, XEDAR
About this gene: The EDA2R protein is a type III transmembrane protein of the TNFR superfamily, and contains cysteine-rich repeats and a single transmembrane domain. The EDA2R protein binds to the EDA-A2 isoform of ectodysplasin, which is important for maintenance of hair and teeth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 60401; HGNC ID: HGNC:17756; UniProt: Q9HAV5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021783.5; Chromosome location: Xq12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
