SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human XCL1 (X-C motif chemokine ligand 1, also called ATAC) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human XCL1 qPCR Primer Set – X-C motif chemokine ligand 1
Also known as: ATAC, LPTN, LTN, SCM-1, SCM-1a, SCM1, SCM1A, SCYC1
About this gene: This antimicrobial gene belongs to the chemokine superfamily. Chemokines function in inflammatory and immunological responses, inducing leukocyte migration and activation. The XCL1 protein belongs to the C-chemokine subfamily, retaining only two of four cysteines conserved in other chemokines, and is believed to be specifically chemotactic for T cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6375; HGNC ID: HGNC:10645; UniProt: P47992; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002995.3; Chromosome location: 1q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
