SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human WWP1 (WW domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1, also called AIP5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human WWP1 qPCR Primer Set – WW domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1
Also known as: AIP5, Tiul1, hSDRP1
About this gene: WW domain-containing proteins are found in all eukaryotes and play an important role in the regulation of a wide variety of cellular functions such as protein degradation, transcription, and RNA splicing. WWP1 encodes a protein which contains 4 tandem WW domains and a HECT domain. The WWP1 protein belongs to a family of NEDD4-like proteins, which are E3 ubiquitin-ligase molecules and regulate key trafficking decisions, including targeting of proteins to proteosomes or lysosomes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11059; HGNC ID: HGNC:17004; UniProt: Q9H0M0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007013.4; Chromosome location: 8q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
