About this gene: WWOX belongs to the short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases protein family. WWOX spans the FRA16D common chromosomal fragile site and appears to function as a tumor suppressor gene. Expression of the WWOX protein is able to induce apoptosis, while defects in WWOX are linked to multiple types of cancer.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
