SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human WTAP (WT1 associated protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human WTAP qPCR Primer Set – WT1 associated protein
Also known as: Mum2
About this gene: The Wilms tumor suppressor gene WT1 appears to play a role in both transcriptional and posttranscriptional regulation of certain cellular genes. WTAP encodes a WT1-associating protein, which is a ubiquitously expressed nuclear protein. Like WT1 protein, this protein is localized throughout the nucleoplasm as well as in speckles and partially colocalizes with splicing factors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9589; HGNC ID: HGNC:16846; UniProt: Q15007; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001270531.2; Chromosome location: 6q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
