About this gene: WRN belongs to the RecQ subfamily of DNA helicase proteins. The encoded nuclear protein is important in the maintenance of genome stability and is involved in DNA repair, replication, transcription and telomere maintenance. The WRN protein contains a N-terminal 3' to 5' exonuclease domain, an ATP-dependent helicase domain and RQC domain in its central region, and a C-terminal HRDC domain and nuclear localization signal.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
