About this gene: WRAP53 encodes a essential component of the telomerase holoenzyme complex, a ribonucleoprotein complex required for telomere synthesis. The WRAP53 protein is enriched in Cajal bodies, nuclear sites of RNP processing that are important for telomerase function. The WRAP53 gene product interacts with dyskerin, TERT and TERC, other components of active telomerase, and with small Cajal body RNAs, which are involved in modifying splicing RNAs.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
