About this gene: WT1-AS is located upstream of the Wilms tumor 1 gene; these two genes are bi-directionally transcribed from the same promoter region. WT1-AS is imprinted in kidney, with preferential expression from the paternal allele. Imprinting defects at chromosome 11p13 may contribute to tumorigenesis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
