Human CCN4 qPCR Primer Set – cellular communication network factor 4
Also known as: WISP1, WISP1-OT1, WISP1-UT1, WISP1c, WISP1i, WISP1tc
About this gene: CCN4 belongs to the WNT1 inducible signaling pathway protein subfamily, which belongs to the connective tissue growth factor family. WNT1 belongs to a family of cysteine-rich, glycosylated signaling proteins that mediate diverse developmental processes. The CTGF family members are characterized by four conserved cysteine-rich domains: insulin-like growth factor-binding domain, von Willebrand factor type C module, thrombospondin domain and C-terminal cystine knot-like domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8840; HGNC ID: HGNC:12769; UniProt: O95388; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003882.4; Chromosome location: 8q24.22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
