About this gene: The Drosophila segment polarity gene lin encodes a protein, lines, which plays important roles in development of the epidermis and hindgut. LINS1 encodes a protein containing a lines-like domain. LINS1 is located on chromosome 15 and clustered with the gene encoding ankyrin repeat and SOCS box-containing protein 7.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
