SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NSD2 (nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein 2, also called MMSET) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NSD2 qPCR Primer Set – nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein 2
Also known as: KMT3F, KMT3G, MMSET, RAUST, REIIBP, TRX5, WHS, WHSC1
About this gene: NSD2 encodes a protein that contains four domains present in other developmental proteins: a PWWP domain, an HMG box, a SET domain, and a PHD-type zinc finger. The NSD2 gene product is expressed ubiquitously in early development. Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome is a malformation syndrome linked to a hemizygous deletion of the distal short arm of chromosome 4.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7468; HGNC ID: HGNC:12766; UniProt: O96028; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001042424.3; Chromosome location: 4p16.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
