Tumor Immunity

Immunotherapy has become an important treatment modality for cancer. However, like other therapeutic approaches, the success of immunotherapy may be limited by tumor immunity. This may occur through various mechanisms including alterations in the tumor microenvironment and poor immunogenicity. Identifying the genes and cellular processes that interfere with the success of cancer immunotherapy will be necessary to design new treatment strategies. The Human Tumor Immunity Primer Library contains primer sets that may be used for PCR arrays to measure gene expression associated with a comprehensive set of tumor immunity genes.

Human Tumor Immunity Primer Library
A ready-to-use Human Tumor Immunity PCR primer library that may be used to set up to 100 PCR arrays. Contains 88 primer sets directed against T-cell anergy and immune tolerance genes and 8 housekeeping gene primer sets.

Provided in a 96-well microplate (20 ul - 10 uM)

Perform up to 100 PCR arrays (based on 20 ul assay volume per reaction)

Just add cDNA template and SYBR green master mix



GENE LIST:

Contains 88 primer sets directed against tumor immunity genes and 8 housekeeping gene primer sets.
