Cytokines and chemokines orchestrate the various activities of the immune system. The functions of these genes are continuously being studied and elucidated. The Cytokine/Chemokine Primer Library contains a 96-well plate of qPCR primer sets that amplify 88 cytokine and chemokine genes along with 8 housekeeping genes. A single plate can be used to setup 100 PCR arrays (based on a 20 ul rxn).
