The MEGImmune 384-well primer library contains 374 primer sets that amplify immune cell-related genes as well as chemokine, cytokines, and their receptors along with 10 housekeeping genes. This enables one to establish a comprehensive immune signature from a tissue or from experiments in which an immune process altered.
